Alastair Miles is a renowned British bass singer who has made a significant contribution to the world of classical music. Born on 12th June 1960 in Harrow, Middlesex, Miles grew up in a family that was passionate about music. His father was a professional singer, and his mother was a pianist. Miles showed an early interest in music and began singing in the choir at his local church. Miles received his formal music education at the Royal Academy of Music in London, where he studied under the tutelage of Norman Bailey.
