Lajos Lencses is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant contribution to the world of music through his exceptional skills as an oboist. Born on 8th May 1939 in Budapest, Hungary, Lencses grew up in a family of musicians. His father was a violinist, and his mother was a pianist, which exposed him to music at an early age. Lencses started playing the oboe at the age of 14, and he quickly developed a passion for the instrument. Lencses received his formal music education at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest, where he studied under the guidance of Professor Bela Kovacs.
