He grew up in a family of musicians, with his father being a renowned violinist and his mother a pianist. From a young age, Balint showed a keen interest in music and began playing the violin at the age of four. Balint's talent was quickly recognized, and he began studying at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest at the age of ten. He studied under the tutelage of some of the most renowned violinists in Hungary, including Vilmos Szabadi and Eszter Perényi. Balint's talent continued to flourish, and he began performing in concerts and competitions throughout Hungary and Europe. In 2001, he won first prize at the International Violin Competition in Novi Sad, Serbia, and in 2003, he won first prize at the International Violin Competition in Kloster Schöntal, Germany. In 2004, Balint was invited to perform at the prestigious Salzburg Festival in Austria, where he received critical acclaim for his performance of Mozart's Violin Concerto No. 5. This performance marked the beginning of Balint's international career, and he began performing in concerts and festivals throughout Europe and the United States. In 2006, Balint was awarded the Junior Prima Prize, one of the most prestigious awards for young musicians in Hungary. This award recognized Balint's exceptional talent and his contributions to the classical music world. Balint continued to perform in concerts and festivals throughout the world, and in 2010, he was invited to perform at the Carnegie Hall in New York City. This performance was a major milestone in Balint's career, and he received critical acclaim for his performance of Brahms' Violin Concerto.
