Nicolas Altstaedt is a renowned German-French cellist who has made a name for himself in the world of classical music. Born on 14th May 1982 in Heidelberg, Germany, Altstaedt grew up in a family of musicians. His father was a violinist, and his mother was a pianist. Altstaedt started playing the cello at the age of six and showed exceptional talent from an early age. Altstaedt's musical education began at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hannover, where he studied under the tutelage of Professor Eldar Issakadze. He later continued his studies at the Mozarteum University Salzburg with Professor Boris Pergamenschikow.
