Convivium Musicum is a classical music ensemble that was founded in 1999 in Belgrade, Serbia. The ensemble is known for its unique approach to performing early music, as well as its dedication to promoting Serbian and Balkan music. The founding members of Convivium Musicum were a group of young musicians who were passionate about early music and wanted to bring it to a wider audience. The ensemble started out as a small group of friends who would get together to play music, but it quickly grew into a professional ensemble that has performed all over the world. The main members of Convivium Musicum are violinist Svetlana Bogdanović, flutist Ivana Ugrčić, cellist Ana Mrđa, and harpsichordist Aleksandar Sarić. Over the years, the ensemble has also collaborated with many other musicians and artists, both in Serbia and abroad. One of the highlights of Convivium Musicum's career was their performance at the 2006 Belgrade Early Music Festival. The ensemble performed a program of Serbian and Balkan music, which was very well received by the audience and critics alike. Another notable performance by Convivium Musicum was their concert at the 2010 International Festival of Early Music in Utrecht, Netherlands.
