He grew up in a family of musicians, with his father being a renowned pianist and his mother a violinist. From a young age, Dolezal showed a keen interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Dolezal's talent was quickly recognized, and he began performing in public at the age of six. He won his first competition at the age of eight and went on to win numerous awards and accolades throughout his career. In 1996, Dolezal was accepted into the Prague Conservatory, where he studied under the tutelage of renowned pianist and teacher, Ivan Moravec. During his time at the conservatory, Dolezal honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of classical music. After graduating from the conservatory, Dolezal continued his studies at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, where he earned a master's degree in piano performance. He also studied with some of the world's most renowned pianists, including Alfred Brendel and Murray Perahia. Dolezal's career as a professional pianist began in 2007 when he won the prestigious Prague Spring International Music Competition. This win catapulted him onto the international stage, and he began performing in some of the world's most renowned concert halls. Over the years, Dolezal has performed with some of the world's leading orchestras, including the Berlin Philharmonic, the London Symphony Orchestra, and the New York Philharmonic. He has also collaborated with some of the world's most renowned conductors, including Sir Simon Rattle, Daniel Barenboim, and Riccardo Muti. One of Dolezal's most memorable performances was his rendition of Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5, "Emperor," with the Berlin Philharmonic in 2012. The performance was hailed as a triumph, with critics praising Dolezal's technical skill and emotional depth. In addition to his performances, Dolezal is also a dedicated teacher and has taught at some of the world's leading music schools, including the Juilliard School in New York and the Royal Academy of Music in London.
