Gavin Sutherland is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant contribution to the world of music. He was born on 22nd May 1951 in Edinburgh, Scotland, to a family of musicians. His father, Iain Sutherland, was a well-known conductor, and his mother, Mary, was a pianist. Gavin grew up in a musical environment and was exposed to classical music from a very young age. He received his early education at the Edinburgh Academy and later went on to study music at the Royal College of Music in London.
