Peter Mikulás is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant contribution to the world of music. He was born on August 15, 1960, in Bratislava, Slovakia. From a young age, Mikulás showed a keen interest in music, and his parents encouraged him to pursue his passion. Mikulás began his musical journey by learning to play the piano at the age of six. He quickly showed a natural talent for the instrument and began to perform in public at the age of eight. He continued to study the piano throughout his childhood and adolescence, and by the time he was a teenager, he had already won several local and national competitions. In addition to the piano, Mikulás also showed an interest in singing. He began to take voice lessons and soon discovered that he had a remarkable tenor voice. He continued to study voice throughout his teenage years and eventually decided to pursue a career as a professional singer. Mikulás attended the Bratislava Conservatory, where he studied voice under the guidance of renowned vocal coach Eva Blahová. He also studied piano and music theory, which gave him a solid foundation in music. During his time at the conservatory, Mikulás participated in several competitions and won numerous awards. After completing his studies at the conservatory, Mikulás began to perform professionally. He made his debut as a soloist with the Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra in 1983, performing Mozart's Requiem. The performance was a huge success, and Mikulás received critical acclaim for his performance. Over the years, Mikulás has performed with some of the world's most prestigious orchestras, including the Berlin Philharmonic, the Vienna Philharmonic, and the London Symphony Orchestra. He has also performed in some of the world's most famous concert halls, including Carnegie Hall in New York, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and the Musikverein in Vienna. Mikulás is known for his exceptional vocal range and his ability to perform a wide range of musical styles. He has performed everything from opera to oratorio to art song, and his performances are always characterized by his powerful and expressive voice. One of Mikulás's most notable performances was his portrayal of the title role in Mozart's opera Don Giovanni.
