Lilli Paasikivi is a renowned Finnish mezzo-soprano and opera singer. She was born on August 27, 1961, in Helsinki, Finland. Her parents were both musicians, and her father was a conductor. Paasikivi grew up in a musical family and started singing at a young age. She attended the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki, where she studied voice and graduated with a degree in music. Paasikivi made her professional debut in 1989 at the Finnish National Opera, where she performed the role of Cherubino in Mozart's "The Marriage of Figaro." Her performance was well-received, and she quickly became a rising star in the opera world.
