He was born into a family of musicians, and his father, Valentin Bezrodny, was a famous violinist. Sergei Bezrodny started playing the piano at a very young age, and his father was his first teacher. He showed exceptional talent and dedication to music, and his father recognized his potential and encouraged him to pursue a career in music. Bezrodny's musical education began at the Central Music School in Moscow, where he studied under the guidance of renowned pianist Yakov Flier. He later continued his studies at the Moscow Conservatory, where he was taught by some of the most prominent musicians of the time, including Lev Vlassenko, Yakov Zak, and Emil Gilels. Bezrodny's talent and hard work paid off, and he graduated from the conservatory with honors in 1972. After completing his studies, Bezrodny began his career as a concert pianist. He quickly gained recognition for his exceptional talent and became a sought-after performer. He performed extensively in Russia and other countries, including the United States, Japan, and Europe.
