Jacques received his formal music education at the Conservatoire de Paris, where he studied under the tutelage of some of the most prominent music teachers of the time. He excelled in his studies and was awarded several prizes for his outstanding performances. After completing his studies, Jacques began his career as a concert pianist, performing in some of the most prestigious concert halls around the world. He quickly gained a reputation as a virtuoso pianist, known for his technical skill and emotional depth. One of the highlights of Jacques' career was his performance at the Royal Albert Hall in London in 1972. He played a solo recital that was widely acclaimed by critics and audiences alike.
