Antony Hermus is a Dutch conductor who has made a name for himself in the classical music world. Born on May 9, 1973, in Middelburg, the Netherlands, Hermus showed an early interest in music. He began playing the piano at the age of six and later took up the trumpet. He studied at the Rotterdam Conservatory and the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, where he received his degree in conducting.
