Anu Komsi is a Finnish soprano who has made a name for herself in the world of classical music. Born on June 21, 1967, in Kokkola, Finland, Komsi grew up in a musical family. Her father was a music teacher, and her mother was a pianist. Komsi started playing the piano at the age of six and began singing in a choir when she was eight years old.
