Her parents were both musicians, and they recognized her talent for music at a young age. She began playing the violin when she was only five years old, and by the time she was eight, she had already given her first public performance. Isakadze's talent was evident from an early age, and she quickly gained recognition as a prodigy. She studied at the Tbilisi State Conservatory, where she was taught by some of the most prominent violinists of the time.
