Pelissier's parents recognized his potential and enrolled him in the Conservatoire de Paris, where he received formal training in classical music. He studied under some of the most renowned piano teachers in France, including Yvonne Loriod and Pierre Sancan. Pelissier's dedication and hard work paid off, and he graduated with top honors from the Conservatoire de Paris. After completing his studies, Pelissier began his career as a professional pianist. He quickly gained recognition for his exceptional talent and was invited to perform at some of the most prestigious concert halls in Europe. Pelissier's performances were characterized by his technical proficiency, musical sensitivity, and emotional depth. One of Pelissier's most significant performances was at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris in 1990. He performed Beethoven's Piano Sonata No. 14, also known as the "Moonlight Sonata," to critical acclaim.
