Philip Chiu is a Canadian classical pianist who has gained international recognition for his virtuosic performances and innovative programming. Born in Montreal in 1983, Chiu began playing the piano at the age of six and quickly showed a natural talent for the instrument. He studied with renowned teachers such as Marc Durand and André Laplante, and went on to earn degrees from McGill University and the Université de Montréal.
