Isaac Karabtchevsky is a renowned Brazilian conductor and music director, known for his exceptional contributions to the classical music scene. Born on December 23, 1934, in São Paulo, Brazil, Karabtchevsky was raised in a family of musicians. His father, Naum Karabtchevsky, was a violinist and conductor, and his mother, Olga Fainberg, was a pianist. From a young age, Karabtchevsky was exposed to the world of music and began to develop a passion for it. Karabtchevsky began his formal music education at the age of six, studying piano with his mother. He later went on to study violin and composition at the São Paulo Conservatory of Music.
