Noelia Rodiles is a Spanish classical pianist who has gained international recognition for her exceptional talent and musicality. Born in Gijón, Spain in 1986, Rodiles began playing the piano at the age of four and quickly showed a natural aptitude for the instrument. She went on to study at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Oviedo and later at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg, Germany. Rodiles has won numerous awards and accolades throughout her career, including first prize at the 2012 International Piano Competition Ciudad de Ferrol and the 2014 International Piano Competition Premio Jaén. She has also been a finalist in several other prestigious competitions, such as the Leeds International Piano Competition and the International Piano Competition of Santander. In addition to her success in competitions, Rodiles has performed extensively throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas, collaborating with renowned orchestras and conductors. Some of her most notable performances include her debut with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Vasily Petrenko, as well as performances with the Orquesta Sinfónica de Galicia, the Orquesta Sinfónica de Castilla y León, and the Orquesta Filarmónica de Gran Canaria. Rodiles is also a passionate chamber musician and has collaborated with some of the world's leading instrumentalists and ensembles. She is a founding member of the Trio Rodiles, which has performed at major festivals and venues throughout Europe, and has also collaborated with musicians such as violinist Augustin Hadelich and cellist Pablo Ferrández. In addition to her performing career, Rodiles is also a dedicated educator and has taught masterclasses and workshops at institutions such as the Royal College of Music in London and the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Oviedo. She is also a member of the faculty at the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía in Madrid. Rodiles has released several critically acclaimed recordings, including her debut album, "Noelia Rodiles plays Schumann," which was released in 2015 and received rave reviews from critics and audiences alike. Her most recent album, "Noelia Rodiles plays Granados," was released in 2020 and features works by the Spanish composer Enrique Granados.
