The Cleveland Pops Orchestra is a classical music ensemble that has been entertaining audiences for over 25 years. Founded in 1993 by conductor and arranger Carl Topilow, the orchestra has become a beloved institution in the Cleveland, Ohio area and beyond. Topilow, a graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Music, had a vision to create an orchestra that would bring classical music to a wider audience.
