He quickly gained recognition for his exceptional talent and was soon invited to perform with some of the most prestigious orchestras in the world, including the London Symphony Orchestra, the Berlin Philharmonic, and the New York Philharmonic. In addition to his work as a pianist, Isepp was also a highly sought-after conductor and coach. He worked with some of the most renowned opera companies in the world, including the Royal Opera House in London, the Metropolitan Opera in New York, and the Vienna State Opera.
