Born in Rome, Italy, in 1964, Guglielmi showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. He was a prodigious talent and quickly gained recognition for his exceptional skills. Guglielmi's musical education began at the Conservatory of Santa Cecilia in Rome, where he studied under the guidance of renowned pianist Sergio Perticaroli. He later continued his studies at the Hochschule für Musik in Munich, Germany, where he studied with Gerhard Oppitz. Guglielmi's talent and dedication to music soon began to pay off, and he began to receive recognition for his exceptional skills. In 1988, he won the prestigious International Piano Competition in Senigallia, Italy, which marked the beginning of his successful career as a classical music artist. Over the years, Guglielmi has performed in some of the world's most prestigious concert halls, including the Berlin Philharmonic, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and the Carnegie Hall in New York. He has also collaborated with some of the world's leading orchestras, including the London Symphony Orchestra, the Munich Philharmonic, and the Orchestra dell'Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia. Guglielmi's repertoire is vast and includes works by some of the greatest composers in history, such as Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, and Chopin. He is particularly renowned for his interpretations of Baroque music, and his performances of works by Bach and Handel have been praised for their technical precision and emotional depth. In addition to his performances as a soloist, Guglielmi is also an accomplished chamber musician. He has collaborated with some of the world's leading musicians, including violinist Salvatore Accardo and cellist Mario Brunello, and has performed in numerous chamber music festivals around the world.
