Catherine Girard is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant impact in the world of music. Born in Montreal, Canada, in 1985, Girard showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of five. Her parents recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue her passion for music. Girard's musical journey began with her enrollment in the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal, where she studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and teacher, Marc Durand. She quickly distinguished herself as a talented pianist, winning several awards and competitions, including the prestigious Canadian Music Competition. After completing her studies at the Conservatoire, Girard continued her musical education at the Juilliard School in New York City. There, she studied with renowned pianist and teacher, Emanuel Ax, and earned her Master of Music degree.
