Born in Palermo, Italy, on 22nd September 1977, Parisi showed an early interest in music. His father, a clarinetist, was his first teacher, and he began playing the clarinet at the age of six. Parisi's talent was evident from an early age, and he quickly became a prodigy. Parisi's musical education began at the Conservatory of Music in Palermo, where he studied under the guidance of Giuseppe Garbarino. He later continued his studies at the Conservatory of Music in Milan, where he studied with Luigi Magistrelli.
