She was born into a family of musicians, and her parents were both professional classical musicians. Her father was a renowned cellist, and her mother was a pianist. From a young age, Drahomira was exposed to classical music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Drahomira's parents recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. She began taking piano lessons with her mother and quickly showed a natural aptitude for the instrument. By the age of ten, she had already won several local piano competitions and was performing in public regularly. In 1997, Drahomira was accepted into the Prague Conservatory, where she studied under the tutelage of renowned pianist and teacher, Jiri Hlinka. During her time at the conservatory, Drahomira honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of classical music. She also began to perform in concerts and recitals, both in Prague and throughout Europe. After graduating from the conservatory in 2005, Drahomira continued her studies at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. She also began to compete in international piano competitions, winning several awards and accolades. In 2007, she won first prize at the International Piano Competition in Bratislava, Slovakia, and in 2008, she won the prestigious Prague Spring International Music Competition. Drahomira's success in these competitions led to invitations to perform with orchestras and in recitals throughout Europe and Asia. She made her debut with the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra in 2009, performing Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 3. The performance was a critical and commercial success, and Drahomira was praised for her technical skill and emotional depth. Over the next several years, Drahomira continued to perform in concerts and recitals around the world. She also began to record her performances, releasing several albums of classical piano music.
