Margriet van Reisen is a Dutch mezzo-soprano who has established herself as one of the most versatile and accomplished classical music artists of her generation. Born on May 22, 1970, in the city of Arnhem, Netherlands, Margriet showed an early interest in music and began singing in choirs at a young age. Her parents were both music lovers and encouraged her to pursue her passion for singing.
