Susan Bullock is a renowned British soprano who has established herself as one of the leading classical music artists of her generation. Born on August 12, 1958, in Cheshire, England, Bullock grew up in a musical family and began singing at a young age. She attended the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, where she studied voice and piano. Bullock's career as a professional singer began in the early 1980s, when she joined the chorus of the English National Opera. She quickly rose through the ranks and made her debut as a soloist in 1984, singing the role of the First Lady in Mozart's "The Magic Flute." Over the next few years, she performed in a number of productions with the English National Opera, including "The Marriage of Figaro," "Don Giovanni," and "The Barber of Seville."
