The choir was founded in 1998 by Maestro Marco Berrini, a distinguished conductor and music educator, with the aim of promoting and preserving the rich heritage of choral music. The choir's journey began in Milan, Italy, where Maestro Berrini assembled a group of talented singers who shared his passion for classical music. The choir's name, Ars Cantica, is derived from the Latin phrase "art of singing," which reflects their commitment to excellence in vocal performance. From their humble beginnings, Ars Cantica Choir quickly gained recognition for their exceptional talent and dedication to their craft. They have since performed in some of the most prestigious concert halls and music festivals around the world, including the Royal Albert Hall in London, the Carnegie Hall in New York, and the Salzburg Festival in Austria. One of the highlights of Ars Cantica Choir's career was their performance at the Vatican in 2000, where they sang for Pope John Paul II. The choir's rendition of Mozart's "Ave Verum Corpus" was met with thunderous applause and earned them international acclaim.
