Born in Warsaw, Poland in 1981, Guszalewicz showed an early aptitude for music and began studying piano at the age of six. Her parents, both professional musicians, recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. Guszalewicz's early training was rigorous and demanding, but she thrived under the guidance of her teachers. She quickly developed a reputation as a prodigious talent, winning numerous competitions and awards throughout her teenage years. In 1998, she was awarded first prize at the prestigious Chopin Competition for Young Pianists, cementing her status as one of the most promising young pianists of her generation. After completing her studies at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, Guszalewicz began to make a name for herself on the international stage. She made her debut at the Berlin Philharmonic in 2004, performing Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 3 to critical acclaim. This performance marked the beginning of a long and successful career as a soloist, chamber musician, and recording artist. Over the years, Guszalewicz has performed with some of the world's leading orchestras, including the London Symphony Orchestra, the New York Philharmonic, and the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra.
