Wilbert Aerts is a renowned Belgian violinist and professor of violin at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp. He was born in 1964 in Antwerp, Belgium, and began playing the violin at the age of six. Aerts showed exceptional talent from a young age and was soon recognized as a prodigy. Aerts studied at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp and later at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris. He also received guidance from renowned violinists such as Herman Krebbers, Yehudi Menuhin, and Isaac Stern. Aerts has performed extensively throughout Europe, Asia, and the United States. He has collaborated with many renowned conductors and orchestras, including the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra. One of Aerts' most notable performances was his solo debut with the London Philharmonic Orchestra in 1991.
