Her parents were both professional musicians, and her father was a conductor, which meant that Bartnik was surrounded by music and musicians from an early age. Bartnik began her musical training at the age of six, studying piano and violin. However, it was her voice that stood out, and she soon began to focus on singing. She studied at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, Poland, where she received her Master's degree in Vocal Performance.
