From a young age, Pitzl showed a keen interest in music, and his parents encouraged him to pursue his passion. He began playing the violin at the age of six and quickly showed exceptional talent. Pitzl's parents recognized his potential and enrolled him in the Munich Music Academy, where he received formal training in music. He studied under the guidance of renowned violinists such as Wolfgang Schneiderhan and Ana Chumachenco. Pitzl's dedication and hard work paid off, and he graduated with honors from the academy. After completing his studies, Pitzl began his professional career as a violinist. He joined the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra and performed with them for several years. They performed in major music festivals and concert halls across the continent, including the Salzburg Festival, the Berlin Philharmonic, and the Royal Albert Hall in London. Their performances were highly acclaimed, and they received numerous awards and accolades. In addition to his work with La Stravaganza, Pitzl also collaborated with other renowned musicians and ensembles. He performed with the Academy of Ancient Music, the English Concert, and the Freiburg Baroque Orchestra, among others. He is also a passionate music educator and has taught at various music academies and universities. He has served as a professor of Baroque violin at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich and has given masterclasses and workshops across Europe.
