Ensemble Stanislas is a classical music ensemble that was founded in 1997 in Nancy, France. The ensemble is named after King Stanislas Leszczyński, who was a patron of the arts and a lover of music. The founding members of the ensemble were all graduates of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, and they shared a passion for chamber music. The main members of Ensemble Stanislas are violinists Nicolas Dautricourt and Arnaud Thorette, violist Jean-Louis Constant, cellist François Kieffer, and pianist Éric Le Sage. These musicians are all highly accomplished and have won numerous awards and accolades for their individual performances. Ensemble Stanislas has performed at some of the most prestigious concert halls and festivals around the world, including the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris, the Wigmore Hall in London, and the Lincoln Center in New York.
