Christa Mayer is a renowned German mezzo-soprano who has made a name for herself in the world of classical music. Born on December 23, 1964, in Stuttgart, Germany, Mayer grew up in a family of musicians. Her father was a conductor, and her mother was a singer, so it was only natural that Mayer would follow in their footsteps.
