Katalin Károlyi is a renowned Hungarian mezzo-soprano who has made a name for herself in the world of classical music. Born on December 22, 1968, in Budapest, Hungary, Károlyi grew up in a family of musicians. Her father was a conductor, and her mother was a pianist. From a young age, Károlyi showed a keen interest in music and began taking piano lessons at the age of six.
