Born in Paris, France, on 15th June 1970, Sophie grew up in a family of musicians. Her father was a pianist, and her mother was a singer. Sophie's parents recognized her musical talent at a young age and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. Sophie began her musical training at the Conservatoire National de Région de Versailles, where she studied piano and singing. She later continued her studies at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, where she specialized in Baroque music.
