Garry Walker is a renowned classical music conductor and pianist, known for his dynamic and expressive performances. Born in Glasgow, Scotland in 1964, Walker showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of five. He went on to study at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, where he received a degree in piano performance. In 1999, Walker was appointed as the principal conductor of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, a position he held for six years. In 2005, Walker was appointed as the principal conductor of the Paragon Ensemble, a contemporary music ensemble based in Glasgow.
