Agustín Anievas is a renowned classical pianist who has captivated audiences around the world with his virtuosic performances and deep musicality. Born on June 28, 1934, in Havana, Cuba, Anievas showed an early aptitude for music and began studying piano at the age of six. His family moved to the United States when he was nine years old, and he continued his musical education under the tutelage of some of the most respected teachers of the time. Anievas made his debut as a soloist with the Philadelphia Orchestra at the age of 18, performing Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2.
