Born on May 15, 1985, in Kiev, Ukraine, Lutsuk showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. Lutsuk's musical education began at the Kiev Special Music School for Gifted Children, where he studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and teacher, Valery Kozlov. He continued his studies at the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine, where he received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Piano Performance. During his time at the academy, Lutsuk participated in numerous competitions and won several awards, including the Grand Prix at the International Piano Competition in Kiev in 2005. He also received the Special Prize for the Best Performance of a Work by a Ukrainian Composer at the International Piano Competition in Rome in 2006. After completing his studies, Lutsuk began his professional career as a concert pianist, performing in various countries around the world.
