Justus Frantz is a renowned German pianist and conductor who has made a significant contribution to the world of classical music. Born on May 18, 1944, in Hohensalza, Germany, Frantz showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. He received his first piano lessons from his mother, who was a music teacher. Frantz's talent was quickly recognized, and he was accepted into the Hanover Conservatory at the age of 12. He continued his studies at the Juilliard School in New York City, where he studied under the tutelage of the legendary pianist Rosina Lhévinne.
