Franz Lang was a renowned classical music artist who was born on December 28, 1930, in Munich, Germany. He was the son of a music teacher and grew up in a family that was passionate about music. From a young age, Lang showed a keen interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. He later learned to play the violin and the cello, and by the time he was a teenager, he had already developed a reputation as a talented musician. Lang's musical education began at the Munich Conservatory, where he studied under the tutelage of renowned musicians such as Fritz Kiskalt and Carl Orff. He later went on to study at the Salzburg Mozarteum, where he honed his skills as a cellist and pianist.
