Hae Sun Kang is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant impact in the world of music. Born in South Korea, Kang began her musical journey at a young age, showing a natural talent for the violin. She was born on December 25, 1983, in Seoul, South Korea, and grew up in a family that valued music and the arts. Kang's parents recognized her talent early on and encouraged her to pursue music. She began taking violin lessons at the age of four and quickly showed a remarkable aptitude for the instrument. By the time she was six years old, Kang had already won her first competition, and her parents knew that they had a prodigy on their hands. Kang's parents made the decision to move to the United States when she was eight years old so that she could receive the best possible musical education. They settled in New York City, where Kang began studying at the Juilliard School's Pre-College Division. She continued to excel, winning numerous competitions and awards, including the prestigious Juilliard Concerto Competition. Kang's talent and hard work paid off when she was accepted into the Juilliard School's college division. She continued to study under some of the most renowned violinists in the world, including Itzhak Perlman and Dorothy DeLay. Kang's career as a professional musician began in earnest when she won the top prize at the 2006 International Violin Competition of Indianapolis.
