Kate Aldrich is a renowned American mezzo-soprano who has made a name for herself in the world of classical music. Born on August 23, 1977, in Damariscotta, Maine, Aldrich grew up in a musical family. Her father was a jazz pianist, and her mother was a singer. From a young age, Aldrich showed a keen interest in music and began taking piano lessons at the age of six. Aldrich's love for music continued to grow, and she began singing in her school choir.
