Katharine Goeldner is a renowned mezzo-soprano opera singer who has captivated audiences around the world with her powerful voice and dynamic stage presence. Born on August 15, 1969, in Kansas City, Missouri, Goeldner grew up in a musical family and began singing at a young age. Her mother was a pianist and her father was a music teacher, so it was only natural that Goeldner would develop a love for music and pursue a career in the arts. Goeldner attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music and Dance, where she studied voice and opera. In 1995, Goeldner made her professional debut as a member of the ensemble at the Metropolitan Opera in New York City.
