Arkady Leytush is a renowned classical pianist who has captivated audiences around the world with his virtuosic performances and deep musicality. Born in Moscow, Russia in 1977, Leytush showed an early aptitude for music and began studying piano at the age of six. He quickly demonstrated a natural talent for the instrument, and by the time he was a teenager, he had already won several prestigious competitions and performed in major concert halls throughout Russia. Leytush's musical education was rigorous and comprehensive. He studied at the Moscow Conservatory under the tutelage of some of the most esteemed piano teachers in the world, including Lev Naumov and Sergei Dorensky. He also received guidance from renowned pianists such as Vladimir Ashkenazy and Murray Perahia, who recognized his exceptional talent and potential. Throughout his early career, Leytush continued to win accolades and awards for his performances. In 1995, he won first prize at the International Piano Competition in Senigallia, Italy, and in 1997, he was awarded the Grand Prix at the International Piano Competition in Epinal, France. One of Leytush's most notable performances came in 2002, when he was invited to play at the prestigious Verbier Festival in Switzerland. His performance of Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 3 with the Verbier Festival Orchestra was widely praised for its technical brilliance and emotional depth, and it helped to cement Leytush's reputation as one of the most exciting young pianists of his generation. In addition to his solo performances, Leytush has also collaborated with some of the world's leading orchestras and conductors.
