Isabel Rey is a Spanish soprano who has established herself as one of the most sought-after singers in the world of classical music. Born in Madrid in 1975, Rey showed an early interest in music and began studying piano at the age of six. However, it was not until she was a teenager that she discovered her true passion for singing. Rey began her vocal training at the Madrid Conservatory, where she studied with the renowned soprano Ana Luisa Chova. She later continued her studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich, Germany, where she worked with the acclaimed soprano Edith Wiens. Rey's career as a professional singer began in 2001, when she made her debut at the Teatro Real in Madrid in the role of Pamina in Mozart's "The Magic Flute." Her performance was widely praised, and she quickly became known for her clear, powerful voice and her ability to convey emotion through her singing.
