At the age of ten, he made his debut performance at the Vienna State Opera, playing Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 20 in D minor. The audience was amazed by his skill and talent, and he received a standing ovation. Ranti continued his musical education at the Vienna Conservatory, where he studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and composer, Franz Schmidt. He graduated with honors and went on to pursue a career in music. In 1970, Ranti made his international debut at the Salzburg Festival, where he performed Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5 in E-flat major, also known as the "Emperor" concerto. His performance was highly acclaimed, and he received rave reviews from critics and audiences alike. Over the years, Ranti performed at some of the world's most prestigious concert halls, including Carnegie Hall in New York, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.
