He was the son of the famous Swedish singer and songwriter Evert Taube and his wife Astri Bergman Taube. Jesper grew up in a musical family and was exposed to music from a very young age. His father was a major influence on his musical career and Jesper was inspired by his father's love for music. Jesper began his musical training at the age of six when he started playing the piano. He showed a natural talent for music and quickly progressed in his studies. He later went on to study at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm where he received a degree in piano performance. After completing his studies, Jesper began his career as a concert pianist. He quickly gained a reputation for his exceptional talent and was invited to perform at major concert halls around the world.
