Anna Reinhold is a French mezzo-soprano who has made a name for herself in the world of classical music. Born in 1985 in Paris, Reinhold grew up in a family of musicians. Her mother was a pianist and her father was a cellist, so it was only natural that she would develop a love for music at a young age. Reinhold began her musical education at the Conservatoire National de Région de Paris, where she studied piano and singing. She later went on to study at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, where she received her diploma in singing in 2008. After completing her studies, Reinhold began performing in various operas and concerts throughout France and Europe. One of her early highlights was performing the role of Cherubino in Mozart's "Le Nozze di Figaro" at the Opéra de Rouen in 2009. In 2010, Reinhold was awarded the Prix Lyrique de l'AROP, which is given to young singers who show promise in the world of opera. This award helped to launch her career and led to more opportunities to perform in major productions. One of Reinhold's most notable performances was in the 2012 production of "Les Troyens" at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris. She played the role of Anna, and her performance was praised for its emotional depth and powerful vocals. In 2014, Reinhold made her debut at the Opéra National de Paris in the production of "La Cenerentola" by Rossini. She played the role of Angelina, and her performance was once again met with critical acclaim. Reinhold has also performed in concerts and recitals throughout Europe, including at the Festival d'Aix-en-Provence and the Salzburg Festival. She has collaborated with many renowned conductors and orchestras, including Sir Simon Rattle and the Berlin Philharmonic. In addition to her performances, Reinhold is also a dedicated teacher. She has taught masterclasses at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris and the Royal Academy of Music in London. In 2016, she was awarded the Prix de la Révélation Lyrique by the French Association of Music Critics. This award recognizes young singers who have made a significant impact in the world of opera.
