Bernd Lambauer is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant contribution to the world of music. Born on 12th May 1975 in Vienna, Austria, Bernd showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. His parents recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue his passion for music. Bernd's musical journey began when he joined the Vienna Boys' Choir at the age of eight. He spent six years with the choir, where he received extensive training in music theory, sight-reading, and vocal techniques. During his time with the choir, Bernd developed a deep appreciation for classical music and decided to pursue a career in music. After leaving the choir, Bernd enrolled at the Vienna Conservatory, where he studied piano under the tutelage of renowned pianist, Professor Franz Schmidt. Bernd's talent and dedication to music were evident from the start, and he quickly became one of the top students in his class. He graduated with honors in 1995 and went on to pursue a master's degree in music at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. Bernd's career as a professional musician began in 1997 when he was invited to perform at the Salzburg Festival. His performance was well-received, and he was soon invited to perform at other prestigious venues, including the Vienna State Opera, the Berlin Philharmonic, and the Royal Albert Hall in London. Bernd's talent as a pianist was recognized by the music industry, and he received numerous awards and accolades throughout his career. In 2001, he won the International Piano Competition in Geneva, Switzerland, which cemented his reputation as one of the most talented pianists of his generation. He also won the prestigious Chopin Competition in Warsaw, Poland, in 2005, which further enhanced his reputation as a world-class pianist. Bernd's performances were characterized by his technical proficiency, musical sensitivity, and emotional depth. He was known for his ability to bring out the nuances and subtleties of the music, and his performances were always a treat for the audience. He underwent extensive rehabilitation and worked tirelessly to regain his strength and dexterity.
