Ivan Karizna is a renowned classical music artist who has made a name for himself in the world of cello playing. Born on May 5, 1992, in Minsk, Belarus, Ivan showed an early interest in music and began playing the cello at the age of six. His parents, who were both musicians, recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue his passion for music. Ivan's early training was under the guidance of his father, who was a cellist himself. He later went on to study at the Belarusian State Academy of Music, where he received his Bachelor's degree in cello performance. He then moved to Germany to continue his studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Leipzig, where he earned his Master's degree. Throughout his career, Ivan has won numerous awards and accolades for his exceptional talent and skill as a cellist. In 2011, he won first prize at the International Tchaikovsky Competition for Young Musicians, which was held in Moscow, Russia. In 2013, Ivan was awarded the Grand Prix at the International Music Competition in Harbin, China.
